A day after the body of a suspected summary execution victim was dumped near a creek in Quezon City, the naked body of a street gang member was found outside a cemetery Sunday morning.

The body of the victim who sported a Batang City Jail tattoo had been stuffed inside a black garbage bag. He had been stabbed and strangled.

Police Officer 2 Anthony Tejerero of the Quezon City Police District Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit described the man as between 35 and 40 years old and at least 5’6” in height. He had “Dela Cruz Mendador BCJ 32” tattooed on his right arm.

Tejerero said the body was found by a tricycle driver at 6 a.m. near the Manila North Cemetery at the corner of A. Bonifacio Avenue and Scout Alcaraz Street. Jeannette I. Andrade
