Calle Sacrista in Manila was renamed Ongpin Street after the late nationalist and businessman, Roman Ongpin. Born on Feb. 28, 1847, in Binondo, he supported and contributed to the cause of the revolution during the Spanish and American period. He died of heart disease on Dec. 10, 1912.
