Radisson nips Blue Blades, Roadstar downs San Mig Coffee
RADISSON Blu Hotel defeated the Blue Blade Technologies Services Corp., 65-55, while Roadstar Trade Sales Corp. crushed San Miguel Pure Foods Co., Inc., 98-78, in the HoopStars 2013 Corporate League at the J Centre Mall last Sunday night.
Cebu Customs Brokers Inc. (CCBI) also continued its winning streak by routing Flying V Petroleum Oil & Gas, 120-72.
BJ Gonzales played another pivotal role by pushing the offense of the Hoteliers early in the second half, pouring 10 of his 15 points in that stretch for a 36-26 lead over the Blue Blade Eagles.
Meanwhile, Roadstars Glenn Cuico, Chuck Rosal and Sherwin Candilada each scored above the 20-point mark to help Roadstar.
In the other game, Daniel Blaise Enriquez, Wendell Rollon, Ramil Aninon and Ernesto Medalle scored in double digits for CCBI. /PR
