Man shot dead in talisay

A MAN was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in barangay Tangke, Talisay City, southern Cebu.

The victim was not immediately identified, police said

The man described to be with fair complexion and five-foor-five in height sustained a gunshot wound in his head.

Armed man nabbed

POLICE arrested a 43-year-old man, who was caught bringing a firearm in barangay Cansaga, Consolacion town, northern Cebu.

An unlicensed .45 caliber pistol with seven bullets was seized from Vicman Hatamosa past 6 a.m. last Saturday, police said.

 Jeepney conductor found dead

A JEEPNEY conductor was stabbed dead by an unidentified assailant in barangay Pit-os, Cebu City.

The victim, identified as a certain Dodong, was found with a stab wound in the chest inside a parked passenger jeepney around 6 a.m. yesterday.

A knife believed to have been used in the killing was recovered in the jeepney, police said.
