Old grudge led to fatal stabbing

A MAN was fatally stabbed by a farmer after they argued while drinking in a bar in barangay San Antonio, Boljoon town, southern Cebu.

Henry Arsula suffered 24 stab wounds in the different parts of the body.

The suspect, Ricardo Olones, 22, was arrested after the incident.

Police said Arsula was drinking with friends around 7 p.m. Monday.

Olones arrived and joined Arsula’s group.

Later, Olones confronted Arsula about an old grudge.

The two figured in a heated argument until Olones drew a knife and repeatedly stabbed the victim.
