MANILA, Philippines–The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has clarified that there are no more window hours in the modified truck ban to be implemented in Edsa starting Friday.

In a statement emailed to media organizations on Friday, MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino stressed that the truck ban in Edsa, from Magallanes Interchange in Makati City to Trinoma in Quezon City, will be enforced 24 hours from Monday to Sunday.

Tolentino explained that the Edsa total truck ban is part of the modified truck ban scheme that has been approved for implementation by the Special Traffic Committee (STC) of the Metro Manila Council on December 3.
