/ 06:30 AM November 23, 2012

November will end with a high note as reading advocate group, Basadours rolls out its first ever “Storython: A Storytelling Marathon Event” today at the Cebu City Public Library (CCPL) in line with the National Book Week celebration.

Leading the roster of storytellers are members of the Saint Theresa’s College’s Buhilaman Theatre Organization (BTO), University of San Carlos librarian Lorna Eguia, The Picture Company Cebu staff Eva Marie Gamboa and Debbie Acebu , and pupils of Childlink Learning Center.

USC’s Eguia is no stranger to the Basadours’ storytelling session as she has volunteered several times as storyteller. She also conducted a seminar-workshop on “Storytelling and Storytelling Techniques” with the Basadours.
