3 teens caught in pot session

POLICE arrested three teenagers who were caught having a pot session in barangay Consuelo, San Francisco town off Camotes Island, Cebu.

Denzel Cobrado, 19, Joel Balicastro, 18, and a 16-year-old boy were caught sniffing shabu in a shanty past 9 p.m. last Thursday.

Police rushed to the shanty after they were tipped off on an ongoing pot session. Recovered in the shanty were a sachet believed to contain shabu, strips of tin foil and a lighter.

Cobrado and Balicastro were detained while the 15-year-old boy was turned over to social workers, said police./Correspondent Joy Cherry S. Quito
