Police said before the accidental shooting, Oliamot and neighbor Sonny Reyes argued in front of a store around 7 p.m. last Tuesday.

Police said the two men argued when Reyes demanded that Oliamot pay him the P600 that his neighbor owed from him.

While arguing, Reyes took a water pipe.

Police said Reyes was about to hit Oliamot with the pipe but the latter drew a gun and opened fire.

Oliamot missed and hit the girl instead. The girl was about five meters from Reyes when she was hit.
