Ayala-led Globe Telecom is offering rebates to its prepaid and postpaid subscribers who were affected by a technical glitch that crippled its network in the southern part of Metro Manila last Saturday.

In a statement on its website, Globe apologized for the network disruption which affected several cities in the metropolis and said that the problem was fully resolved Monday.

“The connectivity issues experienced were due to signaling problems within its existing legacy network,” it said.
