Yaw-yan Ardigma Cebu Top Team bets compete tomorrow

THE YAW-YAN Ardigma Cebu Top Team will put their name to the test in mixed martial arts as their bets compete in tomorrow’s “Who Are You? Unleash the unstoppable” of Soma Promotions at the Mandaue City Cultural and Sports Complex.

Four of Cebu Top team’s professional fighters headed by veteran URCC fighter Geronimo “Dare Devil” Etac, Rolando Nacua Jr., Renante Noblefranca and Slotty Avila will be pitted against some of Cebu’s elite MMA fighters.

After months of preparations and rigid training which started last summer, Yawyan Ardigma chief Master Benigno “Ekin” Caniga Jr. is confident that his fighters will win in their debut as a team.

Etac will face Joseleo “Bull” Rodrigo of Bullet Fighting system in the 120lb division while Avila will fight John Edu “Excalibur” Cabalhug of Durex Dragons in the 120lb division also. Nacua Jr. will make his debut against Moises “Tarxan” Nudalo of Bullet fighting system in the 132lbs division while Renante “Flash” Noblefranca fights Arnel Ylanan./CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
