/ 06:51 AM June 13, 2012

GERALD Jacaban completed a split free throw with no time left to lead the Qualfon Knights to a thrilling 65-64 overtime win over the hard-luck Calltek Trojans last Monday in the northern division battle of the 2012 Sun Cellular E-League for Basketball at the City Sports Club-Cebu Gym.

The score was tied at 64-all when Jacaban was able to fish a foul from Cedrich Uy just before the final buzzer sounded.

Jacaban, who finished with a team-high 19 points, never let his team down, making one of two free throws that iced Qulafon’s third win against the same number of losses.
