LEGAZPI CITY — Three people drowned in separate incidents across Camarines Sur as the province experienced heavy rains caused by the shear line, local officials said.

The remains of two unidentified men were discovered on Monday morning in an irrigation canal near the Biong Spillway after floodwaters subsided in Barangay Biong, Cabusao town.

Hermoso Candelaria, the village chief, said the victims were riding an electric bicycle when they were swept away by floodwaters while crossing the spillway on Sunday morning.
