MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country will have fair weather on Monday due to easterlies, as the southwest monsoon, or habagat, weakened, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

In a morning forecast, the state weather service reported that easterlies particularly affect the country’s eastern portion.
