7 drug suspects held in Dasmariñas City, Cavite busts
LUCENA CITY — Police anti-narcotic operatives seized more than P306,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) from seven drug traffickers in buy-bust operations on Monday and Tuesday, May 13 and 14, in Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
The Region 4A police said local law enforcers held “Rosel” at 5:25 p.m. on Monday after he sold shabu to a poseur buyer in a transaction in Barangay Paliparan 3.
Police said the suspect yielded 25 grams of shabu worth about P170,000 in the Dangerous Drugs Board valuation.
At about 10:30 p.m., the operatives busted “Allan” and “Dan” in Barangay San Francisco.

The three yielded P33,000 worth of shabu.
Early Tuesday at 1:30 a.m., the same team of operatives held “Ukay” in a sting operation in Barangay Sampaloc 4.
The police seized P35,428 worth of shabu from the suspect.
The operatives recovered two mobile phones from the suspects, which would be examined if they also had records of illegal drug dealings.
The report tagged Rosel as a “high-value individual” in the illegal drug trade, while the rest were identified as street-level pushers in the city.
The suspects were detained and are facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
