MANILA, Philippines — Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has issued a warning against fake social media accounts that falsely announce luggage lost by travelers can be purchased by the public.

The warning comes, after a deceptive post circulated online claiming that the baggage tagged as lost belongings at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) may be bought by buyers.
