QC Prosecutor’s Office summons ex-president Duterte over Castro complaint
The Quezon City Prosecutors Office has summoned former president Rodrigo Duterte for an investigation on the criminal complaint filed by ACT Representative France Castro.
Duterte is facing a complaint for Grave Threat under Article 282 of the Revised Penal Code and Section 6 of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 for the statements he made over a television program at Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI) where he talked about the confidential fund of his daughter, Vice President Sara Duterte.
PH, US to sign breakthrough 123 nuclear deal
The Philippines and the United States will sign at least four agreements, including the 123 nuclear deal with Washington or the “peaceful nuclear cooperation agreement.”
In his speech before the Filipino community at the South San Francisco Conference Center on Wednesday morning (Philippine time), President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said he would witness the signing of agreements with various American businesses in the fields of digital infrastructure and connectivity, renewable energy, electronics manufacturing, health and tourism among others.

MMDA Chairman Romando Artes himself announced this decision when he and Nebrija personally went to the Senate on Wednesday to apologize to Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr.
