MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported Wednesday that an undetermined number of dead fish were spotted floating off the coast of Cavite province.

In a statement, the PCG said its substation in Cavite saw the dead fish on Monday near Cavite City’s Barangay 61 and that most of them “were initially identified as tilapia.”
