Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rain showers to prevail over PH on Thursday
MANILA, Philippines — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rain showers will prevail over the rest of the country on Thursday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
These weather conditions will be brought on by the northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan, and localized thunderstorms, the state weather agency added.
(The northeast monsoon continues to affect parts of northern and central Luzon, but it is not expected to bring widespread rains, although the sky will be slightly cloudy over the country throughout the day.)

(It [cloud clusters outside the PAR] is still not a low pressure area.)
The shear line, or the convergence of warm and cool winds, is also no longer affecting the country, he added.
The state weather agency did not raise any gale warning alerts in any parts of the archipelago’s seaboard.
