Tubig just parked his car in front of the VL Makabali Memorial Hospital in downtown San Fernando around 7:30 a.m. when two helmet-wearing men aboard a Yamaha Aerox motorcycle arrived and fired several shots at the driver’s side of his car.
The gunmen fled northward to Dolores village.
