PNR to suspend ops from April 6-9 for annual maintenance
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Railways (PNR) on Tuesday announced that it would suspend its operations on Holy Week, from April 6 to 9, to give way for regular maintenance.
Regular operations will then return on April 10, according to the PNR in a statement.
“Itinaon ng PNR sa Semana Santa ang taunang maintenance para hindi maka-apekto ang paghinto ng biyahe sa mga pasahero nito,” said the PNR.
(PNR scheduled the Holy Week with its annual maintenance so that the suspension of operations would not affect its passengers.)
