Only 1 active COVID-19 case left in Olongapo City
OLONGAPO CITY — This city is aiming to obtain a COVID-19-free status following the recovery of three of its four remaining virus-infected patients.
Data from the local task force on Tuesday (Dec. 27) showed the city’s number of active infections dropped to one.
No new COVID-19 cases were recorded in the past four days, the same data showed.
The city’s virus death toll remained at 370 since no new COVID-19 related deaths were tallied for more than two weeks.
Since the pandemic started in 2020, the city has already recorded a total of 7,601 COVID-19 cases with 7,230 recoveries. INQ
