MANILA, Philippines – The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and the shear line are bringing rain to parts of Luzon on Monday, said the state weather bureau.

In its early morning public forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said both weather systems will be affecting Bicol Region, Palawan, Quezon, Aurora, Isabela, and Cagayan.
