LEGAZPI CITY—Police said they recovered P1,020,000 worth of suspected shabu (crystal meth) left on Tuesday, August 23, inside a fast-food chain’s comfort room in Naga City in Camarines Sur.

Senior Master Sergeant Tobias Bongon, Naga City police spokesperson, said the maintenance staff discovered at 12:45 a.m. the illegal drugs in a plastic ice bag, wrapped with packaging tape, in the tank of a toilet bowl in the toilet of a fast-food chain in Barangay Triangulo.

The report said the staff first noticed that the toilet bowl would not flush, which prompted them to inspect the tank where they found the suspected shabu, which weighed about 150 grams.
