Pagasa: Rain showers expected in many parts of PH on Monday
MANILA, Philippines — Scattered rain showers are expected in many parts of the country on Monday due to various wether systems, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and the frontal system will trigger rain in parts of Northern Luzon.
(Because of the effect of the frontal system, Ilocos Norte, Batanes, and Babuyan Islands will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.)
Meanwhile, the ITCZ will affect Palawan, Central and Eastern Visayas, and Mindanao.
