MANILA, Philippines — The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring scattered rain showers to Eastern Visayas, the Caraga and Davao regions while fair weather will prevail in the rest pf the country, elsewhere, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported Sunday.
“Ngayong araw naman (today), dito sa (here in) Metro Manila, asahan pa rin po ang (expect) fair weather conditions for most of the day for most of Luzon,” Pagasa weather specialist Benison Estareja said.
