The company provided some of the needs of the  school, such as a mini swing, musical instruments, sporting equipment and school supplies.

“This is to promote physical activities among the children with special needs. This project will also enable them to improve their social skills,” the Air Busan said in its press statement.

“The agenda is to build community involvement and awareness to other families who have children with special needs, to realize that they are not alone,” it added.

The company promised to continue the community service as long as it operates in Cebu.

The funds for the project were donated by the passengers taking the Cebu-Busan flight, since April 2011.
