Drug den dismantled, 3 nabbed in Subic

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Two operators and their cohort were arrested at a makeshift drug den in Subic town in this province on Saturday, March 12, police said on Sunday.

Agents from Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) identified the ‘drug den’ operators as Eduardo Delos Santos, 44, and Lovelyn Buayes, 39, while their cohort is Isaias Inoc Sr., 54.

Reports said that authorities raided the dug den in Barangay (village) Matain at 11:25 p.m.

Confiscated from them were four heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu (crystal meth) weighing more or less 15 grams worth P103,500, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money.

They are now detained and will face charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
