6 CFA girls in shortlist for PH U-13 squad

SIX members of the Cebu Football Association (CFA) Girls U13 team were selected to be part of the list from where the training pool for the Philippine Girls U-13 will be taken.

Aside from the girls from CFA, John Carmona, Philippine Football Federation (PFF) Visayas technical director, said that seven girls from the Negros Occidental Football Association (NOFA) also made it to the list.

From the CFA were Itsuko Marie Bacatan, Arantxa Marie Trebol, Jan Angela Marie Torrefiel, Alexa Ceniza, Amber Mari Ysabel Villaflor and Samantha Claire Toledo. Coming from the NOFA team were Isabelle Carmona, Daisy Yares, Rhesa Lao, Janine Casalda, Penelyn Otom, Claire Sagario and Jessmae Palaubsanon.

Carmona said the girls will be joined in the list from those who will be recommended in the other PFF regional football festivals in Iligan from March 2 to 4 and Laguna from March 9 to 12./CORRESPONDENT MARS G. ALISON
