2 ‘gun runners’ nabbed in Zambales

2  'gun runners' nabbed in Zambales SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Police arrested two men after they reportedly sold a loose firearm to an undercover agent during an entrapment operation in San Narciso town, authorities said Wednesday, Oct. 6. Maj, Jonathan Bardaje, acting chief of San Narciso municipal police station, identified the suspects as John Paco Carino, 22, and Eler Guardiano, 23 who are both residents of Castillejos town. Bardaje said joint personnel of San Narciso police and Provincial Special Task Group conducted a buy-bust operation against the suspects. Police then managed to seize a  .45-caliber Colt MK IV without a serial number, ammunition and a magazine from the suspects. The suspects will be charged with illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
