Initial reports from PDEA said the suspect was arrested in front of the Bristle Ridge Condominium along Ambuklao Road, in Barangay Gibraltar, Baguio City, at 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

FEATURED STORIES

Operatives confiscated from the suspect a parcel declared as “bedsheets and shoes” but which later yielded four pouches made of duct tape containing a total of 1,783 ecstasy tablets, with a street value of P3,031,100.

The parcel also contained a pair of shoes, two-bed sheets, one black clipboard attached with an authorization letter, a student license permit, and a photocopy of the consignee’s ID bearing the name of “Joyce Ann Jores San Antonio.”

The contraband was shipped by a certain “Fostina Obobo” from Germany, consigned to “Joyce Antonoof” in Bristle Ridge Residences in Baguio City. It was not immediately known if Millare was the same person as San Antonio or Antonoof.
