MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of Luzon will experience rains due to the trough of a low pressure area (LPA), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported on Wednesday.

Ito’y dahil dun sa trough or extension ng isang low pressure area,” Pagasa weather specialist Benison Estareja said in its 4 a.m. weather forecast.
