2 women die of COVID-19 in Olongapo City

OLONGAPO CITY––Two residents, aged 84 and 87, in this city were among the latest to die from COVID-19 complications, local virus data showed Monday, July 26.

The new fatalities, both women, raised to 162 the city’s death toll.

It was the second consecutive day that the city registered two deaths.

The city also logged 10 more COVID-19 cases aged 2 to 75 years old.

But at least nine more patients were healed, bringing to 2,543 the city’s total recoveries.

The city has recorded 2,875 infections since last year.
