Fire breaks out in San Andres Bukid, Manila
MANILA, Philippines — A fire broke out at the back of a public market in San Andres, Manila on Thursday.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the fire started behind the Dagonoy Market and reached the first alarm at 12:31 p.m.

The fire reached the 2nd alarm just a minute after.
It then reached third alarm at 12:54 p.m. but was later declared under control at 1:19 p.m.
Firefighters managed to put the fire out at 1:45 p.m.
