TACLOBAN CITY––People who want to visit this city need only to present their vaccination cards to prove they have been fully inoculated or a certificate of quarantine completion instead of a negative swab test result.

Mayor Alfred Romualdez issued Monday Executive Order 2021-07-026, saying the rule is in line with the policy of the national pandemic task force.

Those covered by Romualdez’s order are returning Taclobanons, authorized persons outside their residence, transients, and visitors who are fully vaccinated.
