13 more patients recover from COVID-19 in Olongapo
OLONGAPO CITY –– At least 13 patients have recovered Tuesday from COVID-19 in this city, bringing to 1,778 its tally of people who were cleared from the disease, an official said.
Citing health data, Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. said the figure brought down to 290 the active cases, which reached as high as 323 on June 5.
To date, the city has an 81.6-percent recovery rate from COVID-19 out of the 2,178 cases recorded since last year.
No fatalities related to COVID-19 were registered here in the last three days, which kept its death toll at 110.
But 13 new patients, aged 25 to 80, were added to the city’s tally on the same day. INQ
