Authorities have arrested a man who claimed over P3 million worth of party drugs in Caloocan City. The Bureau of Customs (BOC) said Kristopher Segumbang was arrested on Monday after claiming a package containing 622 grams of ketamine worth P3.11 million on behalf of the consignee, a certain “Nick Dimagiba.” The BOC records show that the package arrived on May 10 from Malaysia and was declared as “snacks.” The illegal drugs were discovered when the package was subjected to X-ray scanning and K9 sweeping. Upon inspection, 15 sachets of white coffee where the ketamine tablets were concealed were found, the BOC said.
