MANILA, Philippines — Indoor dine-in services can resume operation at 10 percent capacity while personal care services like barbershops and salons can reopen at 30 percent capacity in areas under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), Malacañang said Thursday.

In a statement, presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases had cleared restaurants, eateries, commissaries, and other food preparation establishments to resume their services at a 10 percent venue or seating capacity.

“Moreover, these establishments shall only provide services that can accommodate the wearing of face masks at all times by clients and service providers,” Roque noted.
