MANILA, Philippines — The concentration of new COVID-19 cases in Makati City is in Barangays Bangkal and Pio del Pilar which are near Pasay City, Mayor Abby Binay said Monday.

According to Binay, there are some barangays in Makati that don’t even have new cases.

“If you look at our data, there are barangays in our city that don’t even have new cases. The rise in cases, it’s particular to two barangays that are right beside the boundary of Pasay: Bangkal and Pio Del Pilar,” she said over ABS-CBN News Channel.
