San Francisco police said the suspect, identified as 50-year-old Frank Madrid, was seen rooftop-hopping on three-story residential buildings last Tuesday, March 9, as per San Francisco Chronicle on March 11.
Madrid eventually got out of the police’s sight, but was later found trapped in a confined space between two buildings.
