MANILA, Philippines – Agents of the Philippine National Police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested on Monday night seven high-value targets who yielded P122.4 million worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) in separate buy-bust operations in Muntinlupa City and Makati City.

Gen. Debold Sinas, chief of the PNP, identified the suspects as Kemin Manisi, Abdulrahim Ysmael, Liezel Julhasan, Donnalyn Julhasan, Denver Porlahe, Sharifa Kuly and Rovelyn Enot.

Sinas said the suspects were believed to be members of the “Manila-Mindanao Connection,” a group of Mindanaoans who live in Metro Manila and supply illegal drugs to key cities in Mindanao.
