MANILA, Philippines — Three female minors who were victims of online sexual exploitation were rescued by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation-Anti-Human Trafficking Division (NBI-AHTRAD) in Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

NBI officer-in-charge Eric Distor said Tuesday that the initial intelligence report they received showed that an alleged Filipina had communicated with a man based in the United States and sent him through Facebook the “child porn materials” of her daughter and two other minors in exchange for money in 2018 and in the early months of 2019.

The woman also received money transfers amounting USD 2,680 (around P128,000) from the American citizen between April to August 2019, according to Distor.
