LEGAZPI CITY — The City of Naga Health Emergency Response Task Force (HERTF) on Friday issued new and additional health restrictions, a mitigating measure to prevent the projected spike of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases this holiday season.

City Mayor Nelson Legacion, on the recommendation of the HERTF, has issued a directive to strictly implement COVID health guidelines to ensure that there would be no significant rise of virus cases beginning December 19 to January 3 next year.

Among the measures is that HERTF would temporarily stop the issuance of inbound and outbound travel health certificate from Dec. 23 to January 3, 2021.
The HERTF advised those planning to travel to Naga City during this period to apply for a letter acceptance on or before Dec. 21.
