Sinulog sa Naga set for Sunday

THE Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Francis of Assisi in Naga City, Cebu, headed by the Parish Pastoral Council, Parish Finance Council and Parish Youth Coordinating Council will celebrate the 14th annual Sinulog sa Naga on Sunday, Jan. 29.

The celebration kicked off with a nine-day novena for the Holy Child and will end with a parade and halad presentations.

On the feast day, there will be a Mass at 1 p.m., followed by a parade around the town until St. Francis Ocean Park, where the halad presentations will be done.

Sinulog is one of the grandest festivals in the Philippines. The Cebuanos show their love for the Holy Child through the Sinulog dance.

The Nagahanons invite the faithful to join the celebration.
