LUCENA CITY –– Three alleged drunk motorists were injured, one of them in critical condition, after they figured in a crash in this city on Wednesday.

The Lucena police reported that a sedan being driven by Carl Andrew de Luna, 32, with passengers Mary Joy Rodelas, 26, and Marson Jay Cano, 33, crashed into a parked truck along the national road in Barangay Cotta around 12:30 a.m.

A report said the rear portion of the car hit the truck when the driver lost control of the vehicle after it avoided hitting a crossing pedestrian.
