Sotto said health-related offices, hospitals, peace and order departments, the City Social Welfare Development, and the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office are excluded from the skeleton workforce and will remain at full operations.
In an Instagram story, Sotto issued a reminder to stay at home “if they have the luxury” to do so.
“Our hospitals are full. Our health workers are tired. If you have the luxury of staying at home, DO IT,” the mayor said.
