PNP COVID-19 cases: 2,084

With 36 new coronavirus infections, the number of COVID-19 cases in the Philippine National Police now totals 2,084 as of 6 p.m., July 29.

The death toll remained at 10, while 757 have already recovered.

The police said 2,493 suspected cases and 807 probable cases were under monitoring. Police Gen. Archie Gamboa, PNP chief, earlier said the PNP was opening a second COVID-19 swab test center at Camp Crame in Quezon City. —Nestor Corrales
