NBA 3-on-3 PH set
THE NATIONAL Basketball Association (NBA) continues its drive to develop basketball in countries all over the world as the first-ever NBA 3-on-3 Philippines presented by Sprite kicks off on July 1 at the SM Mall of Asia..
The competition is open to boys and girls aged 11 to 19. There will also be an open division for men.
Registration begins today on a first come first serve basis and runs until June 28. Information on the event is available at www.nba3on3.com/Philippines.
Spicing things up will be the arrival of four-time NBA champion Horace Grant. He is set to make appearances and interact with fans through clinics and community events.
Grant made a name for himself by being vital part of the Chicago Bulls’ very first three-peat from 1990 to 1993 as well as being a key cog in the LA Lakers’ title run in 2001.
