Ruiz, Gallegos to meet Cebuano writers today

MEXICAN boxers Heriberto “Cuate” Ruiz and Juan Carlos Gallegos will meet the local press today to promote their bouts against Filipino fighters in this Saturday’s Pinoy Pride 6: Grudge Rematch.

At 12 noon today, Ruiz and Gallegos will be at the Mooon Café at the Walk in I.T. Park,  Lahug.

Ruiz will fight Rey “Boom Boom” Bautista in their highly anticipated rematch at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino while Gallegos will meet WBO Youth Asia Pacific light welterweight champion Jason Pagara.

Pagara, who is riding a mean streak of stopping his last five opponents in less than three rounds, will be fighting his first Latino opponent in Gallegos in the exciting mega boxing presentation.
