Duterte to discuss modification or extension of ECQ with health experts
MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte is set to talk with health experts about whether or not the period of enhanced community quarantine in Luzon would be extended or modified, Senator Christopher “Bong” Go said Sunday.
In an interview over radio station DZBB, Go, a former special assistant to Duterte, said that the President might hand down his decision on whether the quarantine period would be extended or modified.
“Ang Pangulo marahil magde-decide ngayong linggong ito kung i-extend pa po o luluwagan [ang enhanced community quarantine],” Go said.
